MATTRESS PICKUP DENVER/ Metro

To schedule your mattress pick-up in Denver, please read our policies & complete the secure payment form: We don’t do residential pickups on Wednesdays or Saturday/Sundays.

Mountain area (red shaded area) $90 transportation fee
Call for same day or next day pick-ups (transportation fee X2)

Pick up days: MONDAY’S, TUESDAY’S, THURSDAY’S & FRIDAY’S

NOTE:

If you miss your pickup, you will be required to pay your transportation fee again. ($60-$85)
If you have more items outside than you have on your order the extra pieces could be left. Please contact us ahead of time for any pieces needed to be added. We will not pick up pieces that aren’t paid for.
We do not accept wet or frozen mattresses. In the event that this cannot be avoided, we will charge $60 per piece.

Mattress Recycling Fees: Pickup and Drop off

We Charge $30 Per individual piece for any size mattresses and box springs (we recycle all mattresses and box springs). King sets have 3 pieces so a full set is $90
We Charge $40 for bed bug infested beds or signs of bed bugs (black dots on the bed). All bed bug infested pieces must be wrapped and sealed in plastic.
We Charge $60 per piece for water beds, air beds, and mechanical beds. (Any bed with wires or hoses)
We Charge $15 per set for steel bed frames. $30 for steel frame and headboard. These must be disassembled before they are picked up.
We Charge $10 per piece for mattress toppers
We Charge $120 for over-sized chairs (drop off only) and wooden headboards

Pick-up Policy:

Our truck will arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of service. NO pickups on Wednesdays, Saturday, or Sunday.
Our drivers do NOT knock on doors or make phone calls prior to arrival. This is to ensure a fast and safe, grab and go schedule for our busy drivers.
All mattresses must be outdoors at ground level visible from the address provided. (Alley ways are okay) we are not insured to enter dwelling units and retrieve mattresses from customers.
Our schedule can be very full and, if possible, we recommend being in touch about 3 days before you need the mattress to be picked up. We will always try our very best to work with your schedule.
Maximum number of pieces per pickup is 6. Anything more than this will be subject to a 2x transportation fee.
If there is bad weather or rain/snow on your pickup day, we ask that you cover your pieces if at all possible. This helps our drivers out a lot.
If you schedule a pickup and your pieces are not outside, or if you put the wrong address and our driver goes to the address listed, you will be charged a non-refundable transportation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be made until 24 hours before your scheduled day of service. We check all messages and emails by 8:00 a.m. daily. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us via email no later than 24 hours before the day of your scheduled pick-up.

We utilize geographic scheduling to increase efficiency and will attempt to schedule multiple pick-ups at once in outlying areas and negotiate pick-up fees based on our costs per mile.
