Pick-up Policies

General Residential Pick-up Information
All residential pick-ups are subject to the fees listed on the scheduling form, which can be found here. We utilize geographic scheduling to increase efficiency. We will attempt to schedule multiple pick-ups at once in areas outside of our predetermined pick-up zones and negotiate pick-up fees based on our costs per mile.

We urge you to work with neighbors and friends who may have mattresses in need of recycling and to call us once you have them identified so we can collect multiple pieces while we are in your area.

On top of these pick-up fees, we charge a $30 per piece recycling fee on residential pick-ups.

General Commercial Pick-up Information
For commercial pick-ups we charge a variable commercial fee based on volume. Contact us at (720) 515-1328 or email us at springbackco@gmail.com for more information.

Pick-Up Time
All mattress pick-ups will occur between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm.

Scheduling and Cancellations
Please fill out the ONLINE FORM to schedule a pickup. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us VIA EMAIL no later than 24hrs prior to your scheduled pick up. Email springbackschedule@gmail.com for all cancellation requests.

Cancellations made in advance allow our team the opportunity to organize our busy pick-up schedule.

Cancellations made that do not meet the 24hr in advance rescheduling notification will be subject to a $35 cancellation Fee. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Refunds
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. The following will outline our policy on refunds.

Pick-up services received cannot be refunded.

Refunds will only be given if services were unable to be performed by Spring Back Colorado and within 10 days of scheduling.

We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).
